The CNMP Tool was developed by the Talbot Soil Conservation District in coordination with the Maryland Natural Resource Conservation Service. Therefore, if you are an employee of either NRCS, MDA or an SCD then you are eligible to obtain a user login.
Please contact Christy Brown, NRCS State Agronomist, to register for an online training. Once the training has been completed you will receive a username and password.
